Coil Nails are generally used in the manufacture of Wooden Pallets, Wooden Crates, Skids, Panel Boxes, Wooden Cable Drums or Reels, Wooden Boxes. They are a high quality product with each nail being uniform in various dimensions and symmetrical.

A coil nails comprises a series of identical size nails spot welded at two different defined points along each nail to form a chain which is then wound on its own axis to form a circular coil like unit. This is loaded in a Coil Nailer specifically meant for these Coil Nails and are driven into the wooden medium wherever nailing is required.

These Coils have different surface protection depending upon the environment in which they are required to be used and can have a bright vinyl coating or electro galvanized or hot dipped ganvalized. In extreme situations like saline or highly moist places, stainless steel coil nails are used.

Coil Nails are of three types depenidng upon the type of shank : Smooth, Screw and Ring.

Depending upon the type of tip required they can be : Diamond Point - long and short point, Diamond Blunt, Chisel etc.
